Privacy, Transfer & Cancellation Policy

Grace Gatherings are intentionally designed to be safe, personal, and interactive. To protect the privacy of every woman in the room, live gatherings will not be recorded or offered as replays.

All registrations are final and nonrefundable. If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your registration to another woman for the same gathering or request a one-time credit toward another eligible Grace to Start Over gathering within six months of your original event date. Transfer requests must be submitted before the gathering begins and are subject to availability. Registration credits have no cash value and may only be transferred once.

Participants may not record, photograph, screenshot, or distribute another woman’s image, voice, story, or personal information shared during the gathering.

If Grace to Start Over cancels a gathering and cannot provide a rescheduled date, registered participants will receive a refund or may choose to apply their registration to a future gathering.
